The Introduction to 1:1 Coaching.

    • 1 x 90-Minute Introductory Session: Let’s get to know each other! We’ll dive deep into your intentions and current experiences, laying the groundwork for your personal journey.

    • 2 x 60-Minute Follow-Up Sessions: Together, we’ll explore the themes of living from your heart through embodied meditation and engaging practices. You'll feel more alive, present, and connected to your inner self.

    • Personalised Practices: Each session includes tailored exercises, meditative experiences, and reflective prompts to support your ongoing exploration and growth.

The Homecoming

A 3 month journey home to yourself.

  • A Homecoming is designed for individuals who are ready for transformation and seeking to deepen their self-discovery. It’s perfect for those who are open to growth and willing to explore their emotions while confronting obstacles with compassion and support. This journey is also ideal for leaders and change-makers looking to enhance their impact and foster deeper connections in both their personal and professional lives. Ultimately, it's for anyone craving a more meaningful life filled with connection, authenticity, and presence.

  • As you embark on this three-month journey, you can anticipate a safe and supportive space where you can explore your true self without judgment. You'll receive customised guidance as we work together at your own pace, addressing any challenges and gently guiding you back to your heart. Throughout the program, you’ll discover embodied practices that promote aliveness and connection, helping you to live more fully from your heart. Additionally, you will benefit from ongoing support, with continuous encouragement and reflections between sessions to keep you grounded and inspired throughout your journey.

    • 1 x 90-Minute Introductory Session: A comprehensive meeting to get to know each other and dive into your intentions and current experiences.

    • 5 x 60-Minute Sessions Over Three Months: Bi-weekly sessions focused on themes of heart-centered living, featuring embodied meditation and practices to enhance your sense of presence and connection.

    • Ongoing Support: Access to guidance and reflections between sessions via WhatsApp (or email) to ensure you feel supported every step of the way.

Try a one-off session

If you prefer more flexibility or are feeling stuck, need a reset, or simply want to re-connect with your inner wisdom through a 1-on-1 meditation or an embodiment practice then a one off sessions maybe for you.

A 60 or 90 minute session focussed on what you need in the moment with personalised guidance and support that honours you.

Investment: $155 (60 minutes) or $225 (90 minutes).

    You can begin by simply spending a few minutes with yourself every day.  It may be drinking a cup of tea in the early morning sun, laying under your favourite tree and watching the play of light in the trees, listening to your favourite music in your favourite chair.

  • Our bodies are our physical home. They are the place we live and are the way we experience life. There is nothing that happens to us that we do not feel in our bodies and they hold immense wisdom. 

    Michaela Boehm describes embodiment as the "process of becoming alive to the signals in our bodies" to "allows us to savour the full human experience: body, mind and spirit - alive, open and integrated." 

    Embodiment is cultivated through integrating the ways our bodies sense our external environment, the way we sense our relationship to the earth (gravity), and the way we sense into our internal body.  We can be with the full array of sensations happening within and around us and savour all of the experience of being human. 

    In taking this type of approach we not only learn how to support our nervous system in finding regulation but increase our internal sense of safety and build our capacity for feelings of aliveness and pleasure. It also supports us to get to know our body, our bodies rhythms, stories, natural wisdom and ourselves, and savour the experiences of being human. 

  • There are many definitions of meditation. Physiologically meditation is a state of deep rest while maintaining a level of alertness.

    To me mediation is a home coming.  A return to you, to your home.  It is about being deeply present with yourself, and one of the most intimate and sacred moments you can share with yourself.  A space where you can be and honour you and what matters to you, surrounded by the highest level of self-care and nourishment.
    For me meditation it is not just mindful – it is heartful, senseful, soulful and lifeful.

An Ally

My role is to be your ally.  A person who can walk with you as you discover more about yourself and ways you can honour all of who you are as you step through life.  

Each session is underpinned by a sense of welcome and a celebration of your own internal wisdom.  At its heart there is a deep recognition that you are your guide and your teacher.

Meeting you where you’re at

In our sessions, you can expect a safe, non-judgmental space where you are deeply seen, heard, valued, and supported. I understand that each person's journey is unique, and I’m here to meet you exactly where you are, without any expectations or pressures.

This is a sanctuary for exploration, allowing you to express your thoughts and feelings freely. Whether you're new to embodiment or meditation practices or looking to deepen your practice, I will honour your individual experience and provide guidance tailored to your needs. You’ll have the opportunity to share your goals, challenges, and insights, knowing that you are in a supportive environment.

Honouring You

In our time together, we will explore a diverse range of tools and techniques designed to help you reconnect with your true self. I believe that there is no singular "right" or "wrong" way to meditate or engage in self-discovery; instead, what matters most is finding an approach that resonates with you personally.

We will take the time to uncover what feels right for you, whether that involves different meditation styles, practices, or reflective exercises. This journey is about honouring your unique preferences, experiences, and insights.

Heart centred conversations & practices  

Sessions usually involve a combination of conversation with embodied practices and meditations interwoven.  You will also be given some ideas for practices you could explore in your own time after the session.

I am a coach and mentor. I am not a counsellor, psychologist or mental health professional. You will always be encouraged to seek the support of a professional in supporting your mental health or recovery from trauma.
